- If you have any transactions or content you wish to keep, please back them up before requesting account deletion.
- Some non-personally identifiable information related to your account or interactions with the system may be retained for service analysis and improvement purposes. This information will not contain any personally identifiable data and will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Method 1: Log in to your account, navigate to the Information screen > Leave a membership > Confirm to leave a membership
Method 2: Please complete the form below. Upon submission, we will process your request and delete your account and related data within 7 business days.
